Procedure for International Students
International Students status refers to any student who is not a Korean Citizen and a student who have finished or be scheduled to finish one’s formal education outside of Korea.
- Click here to see if you are eligible to apply.
- Find “International Admission” at the SNU website and create an account.
- Applications for admission will be accepted from February 22nd to April 8th, 2010.
- The Required documents should arrive at the College of Natural Sciences by 9th of April.
Applicants must have already completed the online application.

- The application fee (90,000 won or $US 75) must be paid online. However, if you are unable to pay the application fee via online, you should include the fee with the application materials you send by mail as a form of a check.

NOTE
- Documents you need to submit when applying online are: application, study plan, a passport photo in jpeg format, and a copy of your TOEFL score report.
- Documents you need to mail to Admissions Office are: 1 letter of recommendation, official transcripts, and an official score report of a recognized English proficiency test (TOEFL, TEPS, IELTS, etc.).
- Native speakers of English are exempt from this requirement.
